5. Is there a mobile app for KafféStone?
Ans. No. There isn't any currently. But we are developing an app for KafféStone that will make accessibility more user friendly. When it is launched, it will be available on the site for download.
6. I purchased an ebook, how should I view it?
Ans. Make sure to already have a PDF reader or WPS installed in your device to read the ebook.
7. I got debited more than once for a single purchase, can it be reversed?
Ans. Yes, it will be reversed. And once we confirm from our end, you'll have your money resent back to you.
